Booking

Send us an inquiry. Our experts will work with you to plan your special holiday. We will appreciate the type of charter experience you seek, the time you want to spend on board, plus the destinations and style of vessel that appeals to you. Together with the information you give us, and our extensive knowledge of yachts and charter destinations, we will be able to prepare a proposal for your consideration.

APA

A security deposit of 30% of the total charter is required. A security deposit is required for all charters against the possibility of damage to the yacht, loss of equipment, locked by authorities for any reason and against any extra services provided by the yacht. The CHARTERER may be liable for a sum greater than the security deposit which will be charged additionally to the 30%.

The captain will not allow any guests onboard if this payment is not received prior to the commencement of the charter. Security deposit will be immediately refunded pending post-event yacht walk-through (Within 14 working Days).

The Refundable Security Deposit shall be held by Walidia Yacht Tourism and may be used in, or towards, discharging any liability that the CHARTERER may incur under any of the provisions of this Agreement, but to the extent that it is not so used, the Refundable Security Deposit shall, within 14 working days of the end of the Charter period, after the settlement of all outstanding amounts, whichever is the later, be refunded to the CHARTERER without interest.

In relation to third parties, Walidia Yacht Tourism accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury to any person or their property, howsoever caused. With all arrangements involving a third party, Walidia Yacht Tourism acts only as the agent of the Client and so no liability whatsoever shall be attached to Walidia Yacht Tourism in connection with, or arising from, arrangements between the Client and of the third party. Charterer responsible for yacht daily rental and berthing fees if the yacht is locked by authorities for any reason caused by the client or his party.

Itinerary

Walidia Yachts eliminates the guesswork for you when it comes to planning the itinerary for your private yacht charter. We will consider your requirements down to the finest detail, and together with your Captain we will prepare a charter plan that meets your desires. This includes your food and beverage preferences, and both the on-board and onshore activities you like to enjoy, and when and where you want to go etc. of course once you are on board your itinerary is yours to change as the mood takes, under the guidance of your Captain.

Communications

The majority of luxury yachts have satellite phone and internet capability (sometimes there is a charge for this service) and most charter destinations have cell/ mobile phone service available. Additionally, we can provide the contact details for your charter yacht, for you to distribute to family or friends prior to your departure. 

Restrictions

Smoking is permitted in a designated area on the pontoon. Smoking is not permitted anywhere onboard, inside or outside the yacht. No shoes are allowed inside/ outside the yacht, security and yacht crew will be responsible to inform the guests.

Wheather

In the event of a forecast for bad weather conditions prior to departure, we reserve the right to reschedule to an alternative date. Refunds will not be made for bad weather as this is outside our control. If rough weather should occur during the charter, the captain will make the decision on whether there is a necessity to alter the planned route, or to return to the marina for safety reasons.

Captain

All the Crews aboard the chartered yachts are professionally certificated to ensure that you have the ultimate charter experience with safety. Crews are also trained to provide a high level of service and hospitality on board for everything from fine dining to recreation and using the water toys safely. The Captain will, when necessary, consult with you and always try to accede to your wishes; however he is ultimately responsible for the safety of the vessel and for all those on board, and he has the final call when circumstances demand it. 

Gratuities

While it is at your discretion, it is customary to tip the captain and crew at the conclusion of a charter for excellent care and service. but always at your discretion.
