Transfers

The experience starts before anyone steps aboard. Confirm the exact meeting point, arrival time, identity requirements and return plan, allowing for transfers and local access controls.

Before departure

Share where guests are staying, any mobility considerations and the latest acceptable boarding time. Request the marina contact and meeting instructions in writing.

The journey back

Agree the disembarkation point and return time, then plan onward transport with a sensible margin. Event traffic and marine conditions can affect the schedule.

Dining and entertainment

Dining aboard is planned around the occasion, guests and facilities of the selected yacht. Share dietary needs early and review the approved menu, service format and quantities before confirmation.

Guest requirements

Provide allergies, dietary preferences, children’s needs and the expected number of diners. Explain whether the meal is central to the occasion or one part of the charter.

Service aboard

Confirm preparation space, chef or service staff, beverages, table setting, timing and cleanup. Do not assume a restaurant-style galley or service team on every yacht.
