This website presents Walidia services and yacht information. It does not accept payments, reserve a yacht or conclude a transaction. These website terms remain a review draft until the legal entity, registered address, applicable law and dispute arrangements are approved.

Model showcases are not confirmed stock. Legacy vessel pages retain existing URLs but require current identity, specification, availability and marketing authority checks. Historical figures, descriptions and images should not be relied on as a current offer. Request a current vessel-specific information pack before making a decision.

The enquiry form sends your reviewed answers to the team after you press Send enquiry and see a confirmation. A call, WhatsApp link or submitted enquiry does not create a booking or a representation agreement. Service scope, fees and responsibilities must be confirmed separately with the relevant parties.

General website guides do not replace legal, tax, technical or financial advice for a particular vessel or transaction. Independent professionals are responsible for their agreed work. Finance and insurance introductions do not guarantee approval, cover, suitability or returns.

Website text and creative material may be subject to intellectual-property rights. Do not assume that viewing the site grants permission to reuse photography, branding or documents. Ask the team about intended reuse; image and third-party asset permissions remain part of the publication review.

External websites operate independently. A linked attraction or provider is not automatically included in a Walidia service. Services outside the Abu Dhabi base may be delivered directly or through partners, with the actual arrangements confirmed for each assignment.

The business must approve the contracting entity and the service-specific terms, cancellation provisions where relevant, complaints process and appropriate liability wording. A qualified adviser should review enforceability and mandatory customer protections. This preview does not invent those decisions or override signed agreements.
