Corporate yacht charter

A corporate yacht charter gives your team or clients a private setting away from the office. Walidia Yachts helps shape the enquiry around the purpose of the event, your guests and the practical arrangements, with the vessel and programme confirmed for your chosen date.

Considered hospitality, on the water.

For partner hospitality, a team gathering or a private meeting, begin with the purpose and guest list. The vessel’s layout, connectivity and service arrangements are confirmed before any event is offered.

The decisions behind the experience.

A corporate yacht charter gives your team or clients a private setting away from the office. Walidia Yachts helps shape the enquiry around the purpose of the event, your guests and the practical arrangements, with the vessel and programme confirmed for your chosen date.

Start with the business occasion

A client reception should not be planned in the same way as a team celebration. Decide what the occasion needs to achieve and how much of the time aboard should be structured. That choice helps determine the layout, service style and length of the charter.

Client hospitality and private conversations

For a smaller hosted group, think about seating, background sound and where guests can speak comfortably. If confidential discussions are planned, ask about privacy arrangements with the operator. A private charter does not automatically provide meeting-room acoustics, secure connectivity or confidentiality agreements.

Team events and larger groups

Share the expected attendance and whether guests will dine seated, mingle or take part in a presentation. Licensed capacity and a comfortable event layout are different considerations. Ask for the proposed arrangement before choosing a vessel on guest capacity alone.

Build a programme that works aboard

A clear running order helps the host, crew and suppliers prepare. Include boarding, any welcome remarks, food service and the return time. Leave room for guests to settle in rather than filling every minute with activity.

Catering and guest requirements

Provide dietary requirements, allergies and the intended service format early. Confirm food quantities, refreshments, service staffing and any supplier access with the operator. If you are considering a chef-led meal, check the available preparation space and proposed menu before announcing it to guests.

Presentations, branding and photography

List any microphone, display, power or connectivity requirements in the brief. Do not assume they are included on every yacht. Branding, decorations and photography also need agreement, including installation time, removal arrangements and consent for identifiable guest images.

Give procurement a clear booking brief

Request an itemised proposal so your team can distinguish the yacht hire from catering, transfers, equipment and other services. Confirm the contracting party, payment schedule, cancellation terms and arrangements for a change in weather before approving the event.

What we need from your organiser

Send the destination, date, guest count, event purpose, approximate budget and preferred duration. Tell us who approves the proposal and who will be the on-the-day contact. If attendance or timing is not final, identify the open decisions so they can be addressed before the booking is confirmed.

Keep the plan realistic

Special-event access, entertainment, equipment and itineraries depend on the selected vessel and local arrangements. Ask for written confirmation of essential requirements. Where an element cannot be provided, review an alternative before issuing invitations rather than relying on a general promise.

Begin with your brief. We will shape the rest.
